We all remember a very bitter libel-proof felon on probation Bernard Kerik and his pro bono, flamboyant, media whore attorney, Timothy Parlatore, making defamatory statements exclusively to their former co-defendants, The New York Daily News. In this long-standing bitter feud between felon on probation, Bernard Kerik and his former best friend, business partner and attorney, Joe Tacopina, Kerik through Parlatore and the New York Daily News, have accused Joe Tacopina of "racket law firm, had affairs with TV stars and abused drugs". This defamation was also translated into a bar complaint against Tacopina (which has since also been flatly dismissed). This defamation and sliming of the opposition in the media and in court documents is a familiar modus operandi in Timmy Payne Parlatore's"legal tactics" . We saw a similar tactic in the "From Jailer to Jailed" copyright infringement case against Kerik. Judd Burstein describes Parlatore perfectly by Law360.com in saying, "“This was, in over 30 years of practice, perhaps the most frivolous complaint I’ve ever encountered,” Burstein said. “Exacerbated by a lawyer (Parlatore) who failed to understand that good lawyering doesn’t involve making unfounded allegations and getting them in the newspaper.”

On or about October 15, 2016, Kerik is due to be released from US Supervised Probation. Maybe the US government will finally compel Kerik to pay his full debt to society which may mean Kerik gets a real job with less photo opportunities in the New York Daily News and fewer parties.

It was the Franklin Lakes Police department who recently assured a fearful inquiring complainant they seized all Kerik's guns and license from his home to satisfy Kerik's Probation. We guess Kerik doesn't need guns in Hala Kerik's house if his son, Joseph Kerik and the Newark Police Department may be inclined to supply them. How do they get that past the Federal Monitor? Apparently, Kerik, a civilian with no known sworn or documented official association with any law enforcement agency including the Newark Police, Essex County Sheriff's Office, Jersey City police and in apparently flagrant violation of his probation, simply showed up to be around guns! By all accounts, NYPD Auxiliary Officer Martin T Green is a self-promoting maniac who apparently enjoys seeing his portrait on social media and appears as a rabid cop wannabe akin to only the likes of George Zimmerman. Green is an auxiliary officer which means he carries no weapon, has limited powers in the NYPD uniform reducing his role to traffic enforcement. Ms DAddio declined to speak to us about the NYPD investigation although she did express continued concern for her safety. Ms DAddio has observed Kerik's harassment recently amped up from ugly defaming public attacks on her reputation to the sudden increase of guns & knives postings on felon Kerik's social media. She also expressed a special concern with Kerik's recent boasting of giving his children "whacks and cracks" as discipline. Ms DAddio expressed these are a "disturbing trends for anyone let alone a felon on probation".
She is disappointed the US Dept of Probation (the agency appointed to supervising Kerik) as well as the Franklin Lakes Police Department (Kerik's hometown police force) have "laughed off" her concerns and refused to document or investigate her attempts to reports this disturbing violent threatening trend.
NYPD is investigating within Internal Affairs. Ms. DAddio has requested a parallel criminal investigation. The NYPD declined to comment further as investigation is ongoing. Stay Tuned.

In this tweet, felon Kerik, scolds the news service, AP.org, which, in publishing the sad news of the killing of Navy Seal Charlie Keating IV, also mentioned his Grandfather's (Charles Keating) savings and loan scandal. Although most of us found the association an interesting notation in the news, felon Kerik took umbrage with his tweet, "The @AP can't let this hero die with the integrity and honor he deserves! They should be ashamed..."
Well, emotionally-healthy human beings inquire, "Exactly where does that shame lie?". The answer is in felon Bernard Kerik's inability to accept responsibility for his own SHAMEFUL and CRIMINAL behavior for which he has never atoned.
You see the fallen Navy Seal's Grandfather, Charles H. Keating, back in the 80's, plead guilty of "...$150 billion savings-and-loan crisis...fleecing thousands of depositors with regulatory help from a group of United States senators known as the Keating Five...". That was a criminal, intentional act for which Charles H. Keating served prison time. Many innocents were hurt. A legendary American Savings and Loan industry was shaken into disruption. The elder Keating served four and one-half years in prison.
It appears felon Kerik's "shame" and blame are misplaced and should rightfully be pointing back at himself. It is the AP's job to give a mention that this fallen Navy Seal was related to a "public figure" of newsworthy note in history. Certainly the AP.org did not make this notation the center of their reporting of the unfortunate passing of the late Navy Seal hero, Charlie Keating IV. It is alleged in the current civil suit, Kerik published her work in "From Jailer to Jailed" without her consent, credit or compensation.
Bernard Kerik, a pretender of the grandest schemes and high school dropout, rose to fame and much fortune, choosing to make his living as a "public figure". There is a certain responsibility to that infamy.

She further expressed she remains frightened and concerned for her safety and that of her family and has reported all concerns to appropriate authorities and agencies. Three Years out of Prison: When Bernard Kerik Shows Us Who He Is, We Should Believe Him....
On May 28, 2013, Inmate #84888-054, Felon Bernard Kerik, was released from his three years and ten days confinement in the Cumberland (Maryland) Federal Prison Camp to serve the remainder of a three years supervised release. Since that day, have we heard even an utterance of "I'm sorry..", a regret for the public trust he squandered or even the full payment of his LITERAL DEBT TO SOCIETY of over $500,000 in criminal restitution and IRS liens resulting (USA v Bernard B. Kerik 7:2007-cr-01027 S.D.N.Y.)? NO, NO and NO! ....And we probably never will....
Felon Kerik arrived home from prison to the very staged family greeting at the estate home front stoop setting in motion a three-year masquerade to revamp his tainted "fall from grace", regain the spotlight that motivates such psychopaths and make some quick cash on this whining tour of "criminal justice reform".
From there, a felon does what a felon does best: Exaggerate, Manipulate and Exploit for personal gain. Felon Kerik vowed to be a "criminal justice reform" advocate. You know, for the guys who allegedly wound up in prison for "buying a whales tooth on ebay" or the "guy who caught too many fish or the wrong kind of fish". Of course all these stories are fish tales just like Felon Kerik's "good deeds".
Has any one person, besides Kerik, had direct benefit from his alleged "volunteer work". Lets see what Felon Kerik did accomplish:
Felon Kerik created a 501(c)(3) "dark money" fund known as ACCJR.org allegedly to advance the cause of "criminal justice reform". After three years of expenses for fancy dinners, talilored suits, travel, glad-handing, posing on TMZ and offering same lame speech over and over again to other "dark money" organizations, what positive effect been accomplished? We don't know because a 501(c)(3) does not have to disclose donations or public statements. Has any felon had a direct benefit from felon Kerik's whine, dining and pocket-lining in Washington DC? Nope.
Felon Kerik is also a "founding member" of the ridiculously lame, "Law Enforcement Leaders to Reduce Crime and Incarceration". This amounts to more whining, dining and pocket-lining speeches for felon Kerik to other 501(c)(3) law enforcement types claiming they love black people.
In true thug fashion, Felon Kerik interrupted his whining, dining and pocket-lining long enough to allegedly get some revenge on former friends who helped him when others would not:
Felon Kerik claims he wrote a book, "From Jailer to Jailed" which he describes as his "argument for criminal justice reform". The ironic twist is his co-author is suing him for copyright infringement (DAddio v Kerik 1:2015-cv-05497 S.D.N.Y.) claiming felon Kerik took her three year's writing, published and profited from the book without her permission, credit or compensation. Within the complaint shows inmate Kerik's correspondence from prison as they wrote the book, some of the evidence in his own hand writing! Of course the day the action was filed, felon Kerik's unscrupulous attorney, Timothy Payne Parlatore, was quoted in the New York Daily News calling her a "stalker" and labeled felon Kerik a "victim". Felon Kerik has gone on to filing numerous false complaints against the co-author in a failed attempt to get her to drop the suit. This is how a felon thanks those who supported him when his life was low. A felon is a felon is a felon.
Felon Kerik decided to attack his former business partner, famed attorney, Joe Tacopina, with some very nasty defamation in print media. Felon Kerik earned himself another law suit for $5million law suit (Tacopina v Kerik et al 1:2014-cv-00749 S.D.N.Y.) from Joe Tacopina which is scheduled for a jury trial this fall!
And none of us can forget the coincidental arrest of felon Kerik's good buddy, Frank DiTommaso, for a pummeling of felon Kerik informant and former best man, Larry Ray. Revenge is messy and risky. If felon Kerik gets tied to this one, he'll violate his federal supervised release and land up back in prison where he belongs!
And what about that sweet family that gave that very choreographed "welcome home" on the stoop of the Kerik Estate three years ago. We don't see them together anymore. Sad. Very Sad. Apparently felon Kerik's lies beat the truth to that finish line. That fresh start never got started.

However, just to set the record straight:
Felon on Probation Bernard Kerik will be on "Supervised Federal Release" until at least October, 2016 or longer.
Felon on Probation Bernard Kerik reportedly still owes the Federal Government over $500,000 in arrears criminal restitution from USA v Bernard Kerik and related IRS Federal Tax Lien. (USA v Kerik 7:2007-cr-01027 S.D.N.Y)
Bernard Kerik remains under suspicion of stealing the work of his co-author of "From Jailer to Jailed" and remains a defendant in that civil suit (DAddio v Kerik 1:2015-cv-05497 S.D.N.Y.).
Felon Kerik is also being sued by his form close friend Joe Tacopina in a $5million defamation suit set to go before a jury trial this fall (Tacopina V. Kerik 1:2014-cv-00749 S.D.N.Y). Yup, Bern, still a crook!
In short, yeah, felon Bernard Kerik is still a crook, hasn't changed and has earned all crimes the USA government charged and probably more....
