For the second time, and rather swiftly, Felon Bernard Kerik has been DENIED Early Termination of Probation by the Southern District of New York USA v. Bernard Kerik.
In a seemingly hasty, rare weekend filing to the court, eight-time convicted felon and former NYPD Commissioner, Bernard Kerik, through attorney Timothy Payne Parlatore, filed a Motion for Early Termination of Probation to the Southern District of New York on Sunday 12/20/15. Less than 24 hours later on 12/21/15, the Honorable Judge Loretta A Preska, Chief United States Judge of the Southern District of New York, swiftly and efficiently DENIED Kerik's motion!
After all those reported fancy dinners with red wine, paid travel through his dark money ACCJR.org, the "criminal justice reform" speeches, "meeting"with President Obama, many media photo-ops, without objection (according to the motion) from his US Federal Probation Officer Luis Gonzalez and publishing the controversial "From Jailer to Jailed", Bernard Kerik's "good works" were dashed. We suppose Bernie Kerik will have to "make up for all he missed in prison" within the confines of the lower 48 and with permission of the US Federal Probation office of Supervised Release. Poor Bernie....
The court did not file a formal reason for the denial. Justice has been done! Merry Christmas!
