In a Christmas rush to beat the upcoming copyright infringement litigation of his book "From Jailer to Jailed" perhaps exposing felon on probation, Bernard Kerik, to be a liar, fraud and literary thief, Kerik's pro bono friend and attorney, filed a desperate motion to the US Federal Southern District of New York for an "Early Termination of Supervised Release". This is based upon Felon Bernard Kerik's "good works" since his release in May, 2013.

• Inmate #84888-054 Bernard Kerik from within his prison walls, manipulates, a co-author to write portion of the "criminal justice reform" book, "From Jailer to Jailed". Then felon Kerik publishes the book containing her work without her knowledge, consent and compensation pocketing all the profit for himself and who else in that secret line of transfer!
• While still on US Federal Supervised release (what a joke!), use your "associates", including your pro bono attorney, Timothy Parlatore, all strangers to the co-author to allegedly threaten, harass, intimidate and defame her into dropping the law suit. Can you say desperate? All these "associates" are strangers to the co-author. What do they all have in common? That's right. F.O.B.'s = Friends of Bernie...Kerik's probation file is filled with the co-author's complaints to US Federal Probation department. DoingTimeWithBernie.com hopes the Chief Justice of SDNY, the Honorable Loretta A. Preska does seek to consider all this evidence in the upcoming motion decision. 
• Create a dark money "non-profit"ACCJR.org to "distribute" money to travel, dine, lodge giving self-promoting speeches and essentially lobbying friends and other lobbyist in Washington DC on "criminal justice reform". No money can be attached for Kerik's criminal restitution overdue now at $180,000.00. For some reason he only pays $1000.00 per month but maintains a $2million estate in Franklin Lakes New Jersey for his child bride Syrian born doormat, Hala Kerik, and two spoiled children. 
• Felon on probation Bernard Kerik has not helped anyone with his "criminal justice reform" folly. This ACCJR.org and "From Jailer to Jailed" alleged fraud has only allowed him to get out of home to "make up for all he missed in prison". 
• Felon Bernard Kerik has NEVER, in public, uttered the words, “I’m sorry”. He is not sorry and has learned nothing. Kerik has insinuated in open media interview he was “ruined” and “crucified” in the United States due to the “targeting” and “over-zealous prosecution” by the U.S. government. Bernard Kerik, while incarcerated, showed particular disdain and utter hate for his presiding and sentencing judge, Honorable Stephen Robinson. Felon Kerik has reportedly been allowed to return to a familiar pattern of drinking, high living and media attention seeking psychopath the Honorable Judge Robinson once referred to as a “toxic combination of self-minded focus and arrogance”. No truer description and words were ever spoken.
