It has been reported to us Felon on Probation Bernard Kerik has been "jurisdiction shopping" a statement of lies against his co-author, Dara DAddio in hopes she will be intimidated and harassed enough to dismiss her copyright infringement case against him and stop releasing truthful statement about Bernard Kerik's recent crimes against her. One of those old Police and Martial Arts buddies allegedly doing Felon on Probation Bernard Kerik's "dirty work" has been identified as New York State Police Detective Al Piraino.

Understandably, Ms. DAddio would not speak to us regarding this disturbing series of events. We understand Ms. DAddio submitted a 40-page signed, sworn affidavit to the New York State Police this past June, 2016 but it was "lost" by the agency. When Ms. DAddio recently re-sent the 40-page affidavit alleging Felon on Probation Bernard Kerik was "Tampering" with her as a witness in the civil case, Detective Al Piraino began to threaten, annoy and harass Ms. DAddio and her family with Kerik's reported lies. The US Department of Probation refused to investigate as these charges. If proven in court, these a guilty verdict on these charges could send Felon on Probation Bernard Kerik back to prison for many years. It appears that "thin blue line" of those officers with a shaky moral compass are protecting their "friend", Bernard Kerik.

Detective Al Piraino is reported to be an old martial arts "associate" of Felon on Probation Bernie Kerik. Piraino is on social media as the owner of "Saratoga IKU", a martial arts studio he runs on his off duty time. Piraino has also a delegate for the New York State Police Union. Bernard Kerik is close to these unions through his police work and "non-profit" work.
