Felon Bernard Kerik friend, Frank DiTommaso, was arrested in April in the alleged beating of
USA v Kerik Informant Larry Ray. The beating is reported to have been so severe it has left ex-Kerik friend Larry Ray with debilitating brain damage. Larry Ray was Felon Bernard Kerik ex-friend and informant that helped put Kerik behind bars.

Fresh off that typical Kerik "I'm-A-Hero-September 11th glow", this week, it was announced by Larry Ray attorney, Eddie Hayes, a
civil lawsuit has been filed for $20 million! Frank DiTommaso was arrested, convicted and charges overturned for perjury in the USA V Kerik case. In 2012, Then Inmate #84888-054 was brought from his Federal prison cell in Cumberland MD to testify in that trial. Felon Bernard Kerik service three years and a few days and remains on Supervised Federal Release until 10/14/2016.
If Felon Bernie Kerik is charged and convicted in connection with this case, it could send him back to prison for several years.

Dara D'Addio, alleged co-author of "From Jailer to Jailed" gave us a statement that says, "While incarcerated, Bernie was obsessed with keeping tabs about Larry Ray. Kerik had me research the internet to get copies of the old email from his case despite the fact they were sealed. I did eventually locate these emails deep in the internet and preserved those emails for him. During prison visits, Bernie spoke many times of wanting revenge on Larry Ray and how he would find a way to hurt him. At the time I just thought Bernie was stressed and venting. However,
now that I and my family been threatened and harassed by Bernie Kerik and associates many times, I believe he is capable of such harm. It's scary. I'm afraid and Bernard Kerik surprisingly still has many friends in
law enforcement, the
US Department of Probation and the courts, so it's very challenging to get real justice and protection. I believe he will go too far one day. Evil always reveals itself."

Detective McNamara of the
NYPD, who is investigating the criminal DiTommaso case, did not return our calls. As the
civil case moves on, suspect Frank DiTommaso is next scheduled to appear in a New York courtroom on Wednesday, October 26, 2016.
