Despite the shame of serving Federal Prison time, humiliating the New York Police Department and a present stint of "Federal Supervised Release", Felon Bernard Kerik continues to have friends in low places.
This week, the New York Daily News broke the story that "porno" Attorney, Robert J. Feldman, was accused of violating a "gag" order by intentionally posting, in his open personal facebook page, defamatory and demeaning remarks about a witness, Jahmal Lightfoot, in a high-profile, ongoing trial of eight New York City Correctional Officers in the alleged beating of Rikers inmate Jahmal Lightfoot. According to the New York Daily News article, Feldman proclaims Lightfoot is a "lying stoned retard".
In continued disrespect of the court, it is alleged, after receiving a scolding from Bronx Supreme Court Justice Steven Barrett, nasty Feldman walked into the corridor with his fly unzipped and his little hands posed in a "thumbs down" position for the photo-op published by the New York Daily News.
In similar facebook postings in violation of the gag order , Feldman offers a "shout out" to his seemingly "close" pal, Bernard Kerik, for hooking him up with Feldman's accused "innocent client", NYC Corrections Officer (retired), Eliseo Perez Jr.
Now where have we seen this type of alleged maligning,taunting and defaming an opposing witness before? Kudos to Bronx Supreme Court Justice Steven Barrett for keeping them honest. Where these two nasty boys, Feldman and Kerik, are concerned, that, in itself, is a full-time job! Stay Tuned....
