Jonathan Dienst of NBCNewYork.com reporting a Bernie Kerik pal from back in the day, Frank DiTommaso, was arrested for an alleged assault on another former pal of Bernie's, Larry Ray, who was an FBI informant in the USA v Bernard Kerik case that sent Kerik to Prison (and reportedly keeps Kerik on Federal Probation through this coming October, 2016.)

Among the discovery in the
USA v Bernard Kerik (S.D.N.Y. 7:2007-cr-01027) case are a group of emails Bernard Kerik exchanged with Larry Ray back in the day. These emails reveal Bernie Kerik constantly asking Larry Ray for money for those pesky apartment renovations while at the end of most of the emails professing "love" for him. They also show Larry Ray pleading with his friend to help him regarding some legal trouble, missing him and speaking of their baby daughters, at the time, Celine Kerik and Ava Ray. They seem even closer than friends or even brothers...Then it all went wrong...very wrong...

n a very similar pattern to the one alleged here. Where there's smoke? If the "USA" finds evidence that Bernard Kerik may have sent Frank DiTommaso to exact revenge on Larry Ray, that may violate Kerik's probation and send him back to prison for a very long time. Some hope that never happens. Others may see it as justice well served... Stay Tuned....
